By now you all know that I am a HUGE beauty lover and of course I am obsessed with skincare as well- maybe just a bit too much at times. However when it comes to beauty one of the first things I tend think of besides makeup, skincare, bodycare is a healthy smile. Now I am going to let you on a little bit of a secret- I am obsessed with oral health. Something about grabbing a new toothpaste or checking out an awesome toothbrush just makes me jump for joy inside- it must be the 13 year old with braces inside of me coming out. Now when it comes to teeth there really isn’t any new ground to cover here: no tips on brushing more effectively, or how to floss- trust I am no angel. But one thing that we do need to talk about when it comes to teeth is enamel and it being the first layer for defense when it comes to those pearly whites. So without further ado, I bring you: Bright Smiles with #Colgate® Enamel Health™…
Now I have tried multiple toothpastes in the past, maybe just about every single one. Some minty fresh, a few were too chalky and left a nasty residue in the mouth, even one that made my mouth tingle and feel a bit bubbly- gross is a understatement. However when cruising through the aisles of Walgreens the other day for some odds and ends, I saw Colgate® Enamel Health™ on display. Two versions: Whitening and Sensitive Relief, I knew instantly I needed to try this toothpaste and man oh man it does NOT disappoint one bit.
Instantly I rushed home and had to give it a whirl. Holy wow, this toothpaste seriously ROCKS! The perfect amount of foam all with a minty fresh kick with a cool winter like breeze- I am utterly obsessed! Something about breathing a cool minty breeze helps ensure that you will have a great day. The best part about this toothpaste is that it helps protect my teeth from any cavities or germs that can cause your enamel to erode- I do love a good Caramel Macchiato in the morning and without healthy enamel I wouldn’t be able to enjoy them often that’s for sure. The best part of the Colgate® Enamel Health™ toothpaste is that it has an active fluoride system to help replenish the natural calcium and other minerals back into the weak enamel areas all while filling in the rough spots. Which let me just say I NEED IT and I am loving it big time and you would too, I promise. The Colgate® Enamel Health™ toothpaste come in two versions: Enamel Health Whitening Toothpaste in both a 4.0 oz and a 5.5 oz size. As well as Enamel Health Sensitivity Relief Toothpaste in both a 4.0 oz and 5.5 oz.
So there you have it, teeth loving concluded. Fully equipped with all the knowledge to rock those pearly whites and shine bright like a diamond, with a bit of help from Colgate® Enamel Health™. Besides you know what they say, nothing can light up a room more than a bright smile. Time to get my brush on…
SPECIAL BONUS: Head to your local Walgreens this weekend on Saturday November 15 for their Saturdate with Beauty. I should try this one. I love Optic White, maybe I’d like this, too.

I don’t think we have this one here, at least yet anyway.

Oral health is just as important as skincare. I think without healthy looking, clean teeth, there’s a loss of beauty.

My teeth are so terrible. I try to take care of them but they are like “Whatever!” and do what they want :)

I am buying this after I run out of Colgate Total. Hopefully like other Colgate toothpastes, they add the new benefits on top of each other — rebuilds enamel and lasts all day??
Nidia Doherty says
I use a sensitive teeth toothpaste, so I’d switch to that version, if I liked it. I wish I was a better glosser. All the cavities the dentist found were because I don’t floss.

Going to the dentist costs a LOT of money! I don’t hold back on buying the good stuff to take care of my teeth. And, I love your purple toothbrush!!!

We always use Colgate here. It’s just always been the choice of the house. IDK why but I never thought of that before this post!
