Have you ever had an feminine care emergency? I am talking a full-blown, emergency 911!!! You know the situation- you’re having a wonderful day and then BAM…..Aunt Flow makes her grand entrance- ugh! Well let me tell you it is NOT a fun situation at all. Being ready for the day then out of nowhere cramps of full force and you are literally in need of some serious feminine care. Well after a mishap or two, I learned it was time to be ready at all times. Prepared and #FreeToMove is the only way I roll these days, which means it is time to introduce you to #FreeToMove Feminine Care Emergency Beauty Kit… gentlemen be ware…
On a recent trip to my local Walmart, I had to stock up on my feminine care products since my monthly present was about to arrive- ugh, the joy. I wandered to the personal care aisle at Walmart to stock up on the usual essentials- Stayfree Ultra Thin Regular Pads, Stayfree Overnight Pads {for the heavy duty nights} and a pack of O.B. Fluid Lock Tampons. Sounds like a triple threat, right? Right now if you purchase any and I mean ANY 3 products by- Stayfree, Carefree, or O.B. you can receive a $5 Walmart eGift card- yay! I do love a gift with purchase. All the details can be found by clicking here. That is a amazing deal- a $5 Walmart gift card and feminine care that actually STAYS put! Ladies, I am talking wings that stay in place no matter what- gym, work, running after kids, these wings stay in place like glue!
Beauty emergency kits are a MUST have in every girls day to day- you never know when something will happen. From a snag in your nylons, frizzy hair, blisters, the dreaded #monthlyperiodproblems, all the way to a last-minute night out with the girls and in dire need of a quick hair change in a flash. All beauty emergency kits would never be complete without a few simple necessities.
Here are my #FreeToMove Feminine Care Emergency Beauty Kit:
- MY TRUSTY GO-TO– Stayfree Ultra Thin Regular Pads– a solid feminine care necessity in every girls bag.
- TRAVEL SIZED DEODORANT– You always need a little something to help you stay fresh all day long from stinky underarms, stop blisters in their tracks when you’re having a night out and breaking in those new heels.
- LIP BALM– this can help with frizz the hair, stop peeling cuticles in their place, a dry skin lube if needed at the last-minute, and hellooooo- keeping your lips ultra kissable and soft.
- Q-TIPS– These are a beauty bag MUST HAVE for me. Smudged humidity driven late afternoon eye liner say goodbye.
- A WEATHER PROOFING HAIR SPRAY– to help change your hair from down to up in a flash. Tames flyaways, helps tame those out of place eyebrows and BONUS TIP from Martha Stewart– Hairspray help remove lint from clothing in a pinch.
- CLEAR NAIL POLISH– this clear coated saving grace is a beauty staple. A light coat can stop a run in nylons instantly or help give your nails a bit of oomph within seconds. I like rapid dry since I am always on the go.
- WONDER ‘DO IT ALL’ BALM- my favorite is by Bliss Spas, since this balm is an all in one wonder. Insect bite healer, chaffed skin stopper all the way to a quick makeup mishap stopper. It is genius.
- HAIR TIES + BOBBY PINS– Random rainfall, humidity getting to your hair? Well hair ties and bobby pins can change your look up instantly. Kitsch hair ties are super cute and help without creasing hair. Plus hair ties can help in a pinch to shorten sleeves or lengthen necklaces if needed.
Everything fits perfectly in my cute polka-dot makeup bag and into the purse it all goes. Well stocked and prepared for any emergency I might come across. Bring it on Aunt Flow- I am ready for you…

I love your makeup bag! My worst feminine emergency of my life was in high school. I had to play saxophone at the fireworks display in my town, and our uniform was a white tshirt and khaki pants. It had rained, and I was sitting in a damp chair and my accident spread all across my pants. It was horrific! Thankfully a good samaritan/mom person came up and let me know asap. I was so horrified!

These are really great suggestions for an emergency kit! I need to start keeping hair things in my purse too. I have naturally curly hair and live near the beach so those days I straighten it sometimes wind up completely frizzy. Plus, it’s really great to know that you’re protected with Stayfree at the ready! #client
