Happy Friday Everyone- welcome to this weeks edition of Beauty Behind The Blog. I am so happy about this feature and that everyone gets a chance to meet my product enablers as well as ladies I love in the blogging community. Hope you all enjoyed the first edition of the series, because I promise you weekly you will be introduced to some GREAT ladies. Besides Makeup tells the best story of a beauty blogger- ha ha ha… So without further ado, I would love to introduce you to this week’s Beauty Behind The Blog: Geniabme , the lovely lady behind Geniabeme Beauty Blog…
How long have you been blogging? I have been blogging on and off since 2009.
Tell us a little bit about the Girl Behind Geniabeme Beauty Blog? Hmm, I hate talking about myself.. For my day job I am an anti-money laundering consultant for whatever banks needs me. I love my job because I get to travel to NY a lot and I only work couple months out of the year. I live with my boyfriend and sadly no pets. I am a huge foodie, I love trying all sorts of new food and then recreating them at home!
How would you describe your blog? It is mostly about beauty and food and whatever I feel like sharing, I do what I wanna! I am not a wordy person so a lot of my reviews are short and to the point.
What made you start blogging? I was really bored at a job I was at one day. I use to do live journal and have my own website when I was 8 so I decided to do one about all the things I bought on blogger, and that is how it was born. I use to have a BAD shopping problem but now I have it under control, ….or do I?
What kind of content could readers find over on Geniabeme Beauty Blog? Lots of makeup looks and product reviews. Sometimes you may get hungry too while at my site, I post some yummy recipes from time to time. I warn you- her blog will cause MAJOR enabling.
What inspires you? Everything! I have always been a creative person so ideas can spark from anything, anywhere, or anyone!
What are a few tips and tricks you have learned since blogging? I have actually learned the art of a winged eyeliner and contouring since blogging. I use to suck at both, now I can do it with both eyes closed, well maybe just one eye. And boy is she good at it. Beautiful colored winged liner has never looked so good.
Okay so super serious question- If you were stranded on a deserted island- What are two beauty products that you couldn’t live without? Foundation and eyeliner. I need some sort of coverage on my face and I always wear some sort of eyeliner, I don’t think you would be able to see my eyes if I didn’t!
Hope you all enjoyed the first Beauty Behind the Blog, as much as I have. I am so excited to share all my favorites beauty bloggers with you all. To keep up with Eugenia and all her daily enabling check her out by subscribing to her channel on YouTube, ask her questions via Twitter or watch her enabling in action via Instagram and Pinterest. Beware she is full of beauty enabling….Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Have a wonderful weekend!!
