Food Bites: AMAZING Crispy Crust Homemade Pizza Recipe

Happy Monday Everyone!!! Today’s post is a bit different… Obviously by the title it is NOT beauty related.. But a YUMMY, YUMMY food recipe! {literally a phenomenal recipe and sooooo SUPER, DUPER easy}. This weekend I was at my friend Sara’s house visiting her and her adorable baby girl; and she made this recipe. So here I am to share it with you all!!  Enter Crispy Crust Pizza. Its healthy, quick, super yummy and super affordable!! I promise you all will enjoy this too!!!

– {1} one Pillsbury Pizza Classic Crust ** One per Pizza {each pizza makes about 8 slices}
–  A few handfuls of Panko Break Crumbs { Just enough to coat the bottom of the cookie sheet.We used about 2 handfuls}
– And all the toppings galore that you can want {we used grilled chicken, Mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts}
–  ¼ cup of Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese Spread

–  Preheat oven at 375 degrees{F}

–  Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray {like PAM}

–  Sprinkle Panko bread crumbs across the bottom of cookie sheet {coat very nicely.. NOT too thick or too thin}
–  Roll out canned pizza dough on top of bread crumbs {into a square}

–  Make a little outer lip of your pizza square {this will serve as the crust}

–  Knead out any holes in the dough with your fingers by pinching holes together and patting at the same time creating a flat surface.

–  Put pizza crust in the oven for {7-10 minutes} or until lightly golden **very lightly golden; as this will go back in the oven again once the toppings are added**

–  Once crust is slightly golden pull out of oven and spread the crust with ¼ cup of Whipped Cream Cheese spread {This serves as the sauce.. and helps enhance the flavor of all the veggies.. sooo YUMMY}

–  Add your toppings of choice

–  Top with Cheese

–  Put  back into oven for {7-10 minutes} until crust is golden and cheese on top has melted

–  Let cool down

–  Cut and Serve { we served with a great mixed green salad}

Hope you all enjoy this pizza.. Its quick, simple, affordable and SOOOOOO YUMMY!!!
