You know me, I love a great skincare product. High end, budget beauty buy- check, check. I have tried them all. But one thing that hasn’t been making it into my usual skin care routine until now is a more organic approach to skin care. I have lately been on a bit of a mission to evaluate and check everything I am putting on my skin, especially since everything that you put on your skin is about 80% absorbed by your body. So lets just say, if you are putting toxic things on it, you are absorbing toxicity into it. So I have been eyeing around and think I just found a wonderful hidden gem in the skin care world. Without further ado I now bring you Amala Beauty- Radiant Skin. Responsible Skin Care….
Lets start things off with the face mask. Now, now, now- if you are an avid reader of this here blog; you know I am a HUGE and I mean HUGE sucker for a great face mask. And let me tell you, this one did not disappoint at all. Packed full of blue lotus to help nurture the skin with vitamins and minerals; both white and green clay to help remove impurities and dead skin cells all while balancing and clarifying the skin. Genius! The Amala Purifying Clay Mask* is literally a solid skin savior. Say bye, bye to large pores, so long to a shiny t-zone, and good ridden to dull skin tone- this mask kicks serious arse! Needless to say I am fully obsessed and its a happy new addition to my ever-growing mask collection- I am seriously obsessed.
Next up, is the star of my stash at the moment is Amala Advanced Brightening Emulsion*. Let me just say this stuff ROCKS! Red Currant to help brighten with its protective antioxidants and Vitamin C, Narcissus Bulb Extract to help get rid the skin of those pesky dark spots -a la picking scars in my case, Seven Alpine Herbs to help reverse the melanin synthesis, Peppermint, Organic Mallow, Yarrow and so much more are packed in this light as air serum. Literally 8 weeks and this stuff helps brighten the skin, lighten those spots and leave the skin in gorgeous condition. I am utterly in love with this product, my skin is obsessed with this product and is sooooooo much more radiant and clear because of it-and an added bonus… it smells AMAZING!
The line is a bit pricey since it is a luxury organic skin care brand- starting out around $30 USD ranging up to $200 USD, but the results and quality of this line are amazingly impressive. Amala uses an extraction and distilling process to help remove the desired plant components to help ensure that the ingredients are ultra pure and that the most precious components of plants are captured into the bottle giving you pure, responsible skin care for super radiant skin. I am seriouslu so completely obsessed with this line, and I have already started making a list of more goodies I need ASAP- the hydrating eye treatment and purifying blemish treatment are calling my name and my pocketbook.
I have officially found a skin care brand that is helping me step it up with my organic skin care game. Oh yes, I am feeling very, very green…
