Oh February- the month of love you have left us, and yet another month of favorites. This month the favorites are a bit different than usual. More skin care based than the normal, and a few beauty bits including a palette full of concealing goodness. However all these products have been making their way into my normal beauty routine and honing a title for this months February Beauty Favorites…
First things first, lets jump straight to the beauty bits. MAC Cosmetics Studio Conceal and Correct Palette– $40 USD, is a beauty gem. One palette, six shades of concealing goodness all housed in the same palette. Four shades of studio finish concealer and two shades of studio finish corrector- can you say beauty score! This palette is perfect for on the go concealer, highlighting and contouring greatness. Light on the skin, medium to full coverage- all shades allowing you to mix and match to make the perfect match. Hands down on the best beauty finds that I have been turning to alot this month. Chapstick in Pomegranate Gumdrop – $1.99 USD, is another favorite this month. Full of hydration and in a fun Spring tint, this chapstick has been my go to. In an effort to stop dry lips during this wacky weather in Southern California, this part cherry like shade is AH-MAZING! It smells phenomenal, and adds just the right tinch of color to the lips- love!
Now on to the plethora of skin care goodness that are in this month’s favorites. Aurelia Miracle Cleanser– $53 USD, is something was mentioned in my cold beauty edit {here} is something that is just oh-so-good. Full of good for skin probiotics this cleanser has helped my skin stay moisturized and hydrated- I am in absolute love with this product. CHANEL Le Weekend de Chanel – $115 USD , is hands down one of the best beauty finds of this year. A smooth, creamy like formula that applies to the skin like a dream. Two times a week, two times a day- this beauty is full of a glycolic acid complex that helps gently exfoliate the skin, all while leaving the skin refreshed and renewed for the week ahead. Topping out the skincare bunch is Mario Badescu Herbal Hydrating Serum– $30 USD, is seriously a cold weather beauty product that I can not even imagine how I lived without. I slather this serum on top of my night time moisturizer when my skin is in need of some much needed oomph. Or layer it on like a daily moisturizer to give skin a slight boost of hydration. A beauty product that is a must have in the skincare edit.
Topping off this month’s favorites is a newbie, but it is making some serious headway into my perfume arsenal. Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Rollerball– $22 USD, this perfume smells PHENOMENAL. A unique blend of peony and musk, this perfume is simply beautiful on the skin. I can honestly say I think this perfume might start making its way into a repurchase of a large bottle, as I am obsessed with its staying power, and scent. So there you have it Ladies and Gents, this month’s roundup of beauty faves. All in all, its been a good bunch of beauty bits. And now we enter March….
