I have been on a bit of a solid skincare kick as of late. I am not sure if it was the whole wind burn skin fiasco that got me really getting back into skincare. Dont get me wrong, I do still lourve a great makeup and beauty product, but something about skincare lately just ticks all the right boxes and has me on cloud nine.  After reading the awesome book No More Dirty Looks, I have been trying to be a bit more cautious as to what I am putting on my skin & body. A brand that I had tried a while back has been making its way in taking over my current skincare routine. REN Skincare is a wonderful line that focuses on simple, healthy skin. With that being said  I now introduce you to Most Loved with REN Skin Care…

First things first a solid cleanser, one to clean out the impurities and bring skin to healthy goodness standing. REN Clearcalm 3 Clay Cleanser– $32 USD, is a cleanser that has been bringing my skin back to life. Breakout disappear literally overnight, and skin is left calm and decongested. I have been using this as my am cleanser lately and my skin lourves it. For night time I have been starting to use REN Rosa Centifolia Foaming Cleanser**- $22 USD this cleanser cleans makeup off life no other. This gentle, detergent free cleanser cleans off dirt, grime and makeup so effortlessly. It deep cleans the skin without leaving it tight at all. A quick pump of this light cleanser onto the skin, and you are left with clean, soft skin.

Moving forward to toners. I have been a long time lover of toners. The REN Clarifying Toning Lotion– $28 USD  is hands down one of the best toners I have used lately. It is super gentle on the skin, and its a exfoliating toner that is refreshing yet balancing at the same time. It has it seriously going on- a unique blend of acids {love} containing glycolic, lactic, citric and tartaric acid this toner is AH-MAZING! Perfect for the oily to combo skinned beauties this toner will leave your skin feeling balanced and even. Upon application it has a slight tingle that I love- my skin loves this stuff big time- dead skin cells are gone, and decongested.

Next up, is a radiance boosting serum. REN Resurfacing AHA Concentrate– $45 USD is something I can’t even fathom how my skin lived without it. Chemical exfoliates have me going serious cray cray recently. They are like ‘beauty gold’ as they clarify the skin and brighten the skin,  I mean who wouldn’t want that? The AHA Concentrate seriously used as a booster every other night has helped some of my pesky scars disappear.  I know, I know- NO more picking. Skin is plump and blemish free- love that! Slather this on for an overnight treatment that promotes cellular turnover and exfoliates the dead, dull skin; leaving skin bright and clear upon waking in the morning.  I have been turning to this when my skin is looking ultra dull or starting to breakout due to hormones. I mean it gives skin some serious radiance- highly recommendation! Another serum that is working its way slowly into my routine is the REN Vita Mineral Omega 3 Optimum Skin  Serum– $45 USD,  this serum is soooo light on the skin and literally smells AMAZING! Aimed at boosting overall skin health this serum like oil helps reduce premature aging and signs of wrinkles. I have been adding 2-3 drops of this serum oil to my daily moisturizer to help bring back the moisture in my skin. The texture is super silky and absorbs super quick into the skin. This is the perfect oil for those that are new to skin oils, or for those that don’t like the feel of a heavier oil on the skin.  Using this in the morning, my skin feels hydrated all day long, and never looks greasy- score !

Moving onto the first thing that turned me onto REN Skincare in the first place. The REN Clearcalm 3 Anti Blemish Mask– $45 USD, now this mask ROCKS! It works to absorb any excess oil, decongest the pores and soothe breakouts to help cure and prevent any future ones from appearing.  15 minutes on the skin, a bit of warm water to rinse it off and literally my skin has never felt clearer.  I have gone through 2 bottles of this baby and I am pleased to say it is a continued repurchase. After using this mask, I knew I had to try the REN Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask– $45 USD, after first use- I was obsessed!!! This mask ticks all the boxes when it comes to a mask. A bit like a jelly feel on the skin, this mask leaves your skin bright, exfoliated, and full of glow. Redness is gone, pesky spots are less prominent and the skin just loves this mask.  Full of natural fruit acids this mask is a resurfacing wonder-  I think its a must have in a skincare stash.

No skincare line wouldn’t be complete without a anti-aging , retinol product. REN Bio Retinoid Anti-Ageing Cream**- $65 USD, is a wonderful, gentle, retinol cream that helps tighten the skin while adding elasticity back to the skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Thick in texture, a pump on this into the palms warming it up and applying to the face- this stuff is not greasy at all. I am loving this retinoid product as it doesn’t give the skin that flakey skin feeling of other retinoid products.

So there you have it, my love of REN Skincare. I am seriously obsessed and very impressed with this line. Simple, healthy skin care- focused on Performance, Purity and Pleasure. I have just one word to end this uber lengthy post-  love!!
