When it comes to hair, you guys all know I don’t really mess around. I mean if we are being completely honest, when it comes to hair there is nothing quite like a great hair day, and of course nothing is worse than having a really bad one, right? Y’all I can’t stress this enough. Do NOT EVER skip haircuts. Trimming your hair literally will keep it healthy and strong all while helping it grow. The more your hair tends to grow the more you’ll have to remove the dead ends that cause breakage. So, do yourself a MAJOR favor and do NOT skimp on haircuts.

Let’s be honest- when you look your best you feel your best, right? I don’t know about you- but hair for me is one of those things that add to how I feel overall. For instance, I was blessed with really and I mean REALLY curly hair that is unruly, slightly kinky, frizzy and honestly hard to manage daily for me. So, I am a big believer in enhancing your hair to suit your needs. For me and my very busy lifestyle – chemically straightened hair is what works for me. Ladies, this one might be a bit hard at times, but try to go au natural when you can. You guys know I love my blowouts and flat iron, but a few days a week I try to go heat free. Since I wash my hair once to twice a week, I try to have a great cleanse.
